Found Out Boyfriend Had Plastic Surgery?

I have a boyfriend then one day I find out & he tells me he had plastic surgery…. 3 times before!
one for his nose, one for his eyes, then for face fat.
When I found this out, I felt so , strange towards him, I cannot look at him the same way now ….
We were watching a movie together & I was just joking about how fake & dumb the movie looked & that the backgrounds looked so fake. But at the same time I now feel, strange to even say the word fake anymore because well, my boyfriend has a fake nose & fake eyes 
I cant see him the same way now, I feel kind of ….how can I say…. turned off. I just cant beleive that somebody didnt love who they naturally were & had to use plastic surgery
Now that I know he had plastic surgery well….I can really notice where now 6 it really feels vain. & I feel wrong to joke even about movies now that I think it might hurt his feelings.
I want to break-up now, but I dont know how to do or say it .
Im so confused ;(

He doesn’t have a fake nose and fake eyes. I don’t know exactly what he had done, but you should research procedures a little bit. Rhinoplasty usually involves reshaping the bones of the nose…….obviously much more extreme and drastic, but would you have a problem with a person reshaping their eyebrows or cutting their hair into a different style…would you consider that fake?
If you want to break up because he had surgery, I think you are shallow. This guy may have been insecure before, now he is confident. Give him a chance before you just break up with him.
plastic surgery SO WHAT he is still human he still has a heart and soul who is to say that YOU WON’T have plastic surgery some day try seeing him with your heart and NOT YOUR EYES

Lighten up! If having the surgery made him feel better about himself, isn’t that a good thing? Try 2 judge him by what he has inside.
don’t break up with him yet. he might think it’s because he told you about his surgeries…which is true, but that would really hurt his feelings because obviously he did them to make himself look better for girls and not get dumped by them even more. ask him to show you a picture of him before he got the surgeries. see if it’s a big difference. i know how you’re feeling. it’s like…so i’ve been going out with a fake boy and i want to know what he looked like before making himself all fake. & if you can’t think of any other reason to break up with him, just say, it’s not working out…so you’ll hurt his feelings, but not in a way that will make him talk sh*t about you saying that you’re the judgemental type or something.
Why would you feel different to him just because he had surgery? he didnt have a heart or personality/ character transplant now, did he?
If a person dosen’t like what he naturally has, its ok to have it corrected with surgery, as long he is not an addict to plactic surgery.
Give the poor guy a break, atleast he confided about something so personal to you, shows that he trusts you enough, that you would understand him.
talk to him and ask him why he had these surgeries, maybe he can give you a better insight.
Its not worth breaking up for sure.
