Found Out Boyfriend Has Plastic Surgery?

Ok so it gos like this, I have a boyfriend then one day I find out & he tells me he had plastic surgery…. 3 times before!
one for his nose, one for his eyes, then for face fat.
When I found this out, I felt so , strange towards him, I cannot look at him the same way now ….
We were watching a movie together & I was just joking about how fake & dumb the movie looked & that the backgrounds looked so fake. But at the same time I now feel, strange to even say the word fake anymore because well, my boyfriend has a fake nose & fake eyes 
I cant see him the same way now, I feel kind of ….how can I say…. gross . I just cant beleive that somebody didnt love who they naturally were & had to use plastic surgery
Now that I know he had plastic surgery he well….LOOKS PLASTIC TO me. & I feel wrong to joke even about movies now that I think it might hurt his feelings.
I want to break-up now, but I dont know how to do or say it .
Im so confused ;(

maybe he got plastic surgery because he was like deformed or just really ugly. i dont know whether or not your shallow, but would you have started dating him if we were really ugly? idk, you might have. whatever reasons he had, they were probably good. my advice is to talk to him about it, ask him how he feels, and tell him how you feel. good luck!
I managed a plastic surgeons office for 3.5 years…It was so difficult for me to see Normal ppl coming in and spending thousands of dollars to fix what????? None of them were disfigured,scarred,burnt, nothing. One day I was crying cause I didnt understand why. The admin said “It’s none of your business why, everyone had there own reasons”she was very curt and straight forward in answering. I saw it different then. We all view ourselves different, I see myself one way where you may see something totally different. If you are finding you can’t get past his choices then I would be straight forward and hoest with him. Tell him the real reason, lying is the worst thing.
