I saw this happen. Rosemary was saying one joke after the other and none of them were funny. But Linda was laughing her fanny off.

yea when someone tries to be funny and they make them selves look stupid that is hilarious..or Linda was fakin it!
-Any joke involving the crossing of roads by a chicken with result in laughter simply ’cause it’s so lame
-You have to laugh at the jokes made by your boss
-People laugh at jokes made by people they have a crush on, dunno why ’cause then they think you’re patronising or just “special”
-No matter how lame the joke, if you drop your pants you will get SOME reaction
You just get those people who have a laughing day and find the funniest things hidden in the most weird jokes. It happens to everyone at one point or another.
you can crack someone up with really corny jokes. they are not laughing cuz the joke is funny, they are laughing at how stupid it really is
Maybe Linda thought they were funny, or she was being polite…. or laughing AT Rosemary for telling such unfunny jokes.
In certain places, even a craptacular joke can be entertaining. Maybe your friend felt it was that place.
