Honestly, I know you said not to tell you that you can’t…But you can’t tone your muscles in one day. There’s no way you can see a difference. Find a really cute cover-up & a flattering bathing suit…That’s the best you can do. Have a good time at the beach =)

the only real way how workouts can be most effective is when they are constant
for example, 10-20 push-ups and 30-40 sit-ups every night,
that should build up some upper body muscle if you keep it constant for a few weeks (assuming you don’t have large amounts of body fat)
Pray or buy some fake ones *L*
go to your bathroom and seriouoslly throw up until theres nothing to throw up then go to the store and get some hydoxycut then wait like 20 minutes and throw up some more and like about 16 hours you should start throwing up blood then you should be able to see your abs then you can go to the beach and show off those sexy abs your worked so hard for

Sorry to say this like everyone else but it’s impossible. The only way you might be able to make it look like you have abs is if you paint some on but either way it’ll look fake.

It is not really possible, but do some sit-ups and things like that 4 a few hours. ur gonna get sore, but it wil help a little.

ok this is quite extreame so don’t sue lol. get in bed and find some kind off prop so ur feet are like 12 inches off the bed. u should feel it in ur stomach. now, maybe if u cn sleep like that you’ll wake up tomorrow lookin “totally ripped” [sorry, itz an american phase i wntd to try out...oh i sound so bloody stupid lol]
