I Have 2 Pregnancy Questions.?

This Question From Medical Cartoons | 4 Answers

QUESTION:

First can anyone please show me ur 16 week bellys? i feel so small =[.
so i want to see how REAL women look at 16 weeks and not the medical cartoons, or pregnant models look.
and second. how is a healthy fast way to make a baby gain weight, like in the last few weeks, just really packing it on, im planning on being induced 3 days before my due date, and i know those 3 days r there for a reason. i know lots of meats and cheese helps, and anything /w protien, my sister ate steak and potatoes for a good portion of her pregnanct and her baby was 8lbs 5 ounces
and i DO NOT want anyone telling me “just wait till u go in labor blah blah” i know this, im not stupid, but its something that i HAVE to do. i dont like it any better then the next person, but thats how things play out.
and also i have been induced before, so i know wuts it like.

I’m new to pregnancy. Why are you being induced 3 days before your due date?
I mean you are only 16 weeks. How would you know if you need induced?

You can’t control how much weight your baby gains by diet. Genetics and time determine that. You could starve or eat a ton and your baby would gain weight just the same.Although diabetes other medical conditions, and drug and alcohol use that affect the amount of blood flow to the placenta play a part.
If its your first you wouldn’t be showing at all. if its your second or more than there is a slight chance of barely showing.
Induction is common have never known anyone to have an issue with it.

Well.. here is what I was at 15 weeks and 5 dayshttp://s577.photobucket.com/albums/ss216…
and I read today that if your baby is measuring small, it’s best to avoid exercise except light walking as it will help the baby to gain more weight. But remember that anything after 37 weeks is considered full term, and those 3 days won’t have but a few ounces difference in the baby’s weight. As long as your baby isn’t measuring small through the pregnancy, there’s really no need to try to pack extra weight on baby for those 3 days, unless the doctor recommends you do so.
    Good luck!
