This is all in a joking manner though I was working in a hospital for the last year and we get EMT/Paramedics from all over the state come in and I noticed something in common with most if not all of them. They were all good looking, not sure if it’s the same for other places but for California is it required for EMT/ Paramedics to be naturally good looking?

I don’t think it’s a requirement, but the fact that quite a few of them start out as firefighters shows that they are probably in pretty decent shape (which does tend to make people seem more attractive… ) so there actually may be a correlation there..
or maybe it’s the uniform *sigh*

Don’t be silly. If your EMT/ paramedic is ugly, you can close your eyes and get a little extra rest on the way to the hospital….
