I want to know if through gender reassignment surgery a man can be given a real life functional Virgina or for a female to be given a real life functional penis..

    yes and no. Gender reassignment surgery can give patients “functional” genetalia of the opposite sex, but not perfect fascimiles of the real thing.
    You can create a pouch that allows a man to have receptive sex, and you can remove his penis, but you can’t give him a real vagina’s ability to self-lubricate.
