    If you’ve been depressed before, you know the signs. Depression can creep back in and make you feel alone, and like life has no value. It would be a good idea to see a doctor for some medication. It may also be a good idea to see a therapist to get you out of this slump. Most depressed people benefit from a combination of medication and therapy. It would help you deal with feeling socially awkward, and with feeling down all the time. A therapist would give you possible solutions and help you work toward improving your life–from the inside out. Talk to your doctor. He/she may be able to recommend someone. All the best to you.
