Keep yourself busy with other activities and it’ll keep your mind off of masturbation. If you keep thinking of “fighting” masturbation you’ll just keep thinking about it.
You don’t have to wait 30 days, just use common sense and feeling to decide when you feel that the cut has healed for the most part, and go easy. You should wait a few more days, though, until about two weeks, and then analyze your situation from there.

it’s worth it to just stick it out that way if any complications arise you won’t have to wait extra time to heal from it. just think of how much better you will feel after holding out so long.

you can’t do much as you are still in recovering stage, keep yourself busy play computer games or reading book, you will not likely to masturbate as it will hurt.

Simple…. turn off your computer, do not watch MTV and go on a vacation away from your horny friends. Ohh lock up all your porn or give it to a friend for safe keeping. Ask your doctor about nocturnal emissions. Personally I do not think I can last 1 week without masturbating. This reminds me of the 40 days and 40 nights movie. No sex or release for 40 days! That was hilarious.

I definetly would stick to the guide lines, im not a man but I dont think you would want to accidentally tear it loose and then have to explain at emergency room that you were masterbating. I have heard that if you pinch the head of it, Obviously it will make you calm down. so if you find yourself feeling a little frisky, maybe a little physical pain to the head of it would nip it in the bud, and get you less aroused.
