From time to time, maybe up to five times a year, my penis will burn like hell when I pee. I know for a fact that it’s not a bladder infection, for me at least, as there is no discharge, the pain is inconsistent, and goes away within an hour.
I don’t know why it happens, but I think it has to do with hydration. In order to get rid of this condition, I slam cups of water like crazy. It ALWAYS works.
Now, there is no way of telling if your son has a bladder infection or not without a doctor. If it is not a bladder infection, instruct him to drink more water.
In order to cure it, if it’s not a bladder infection, instruct him to drink as much water as he possibly can as quickly as he can without giving himself a stomach ache.
In order to prevent it in the future, drink a glass of water in the morning, a drink with each meal, and a drink in between meals.
Remember please, only a doctor can tell if it’s a bladder infection. You should get him tested.
