   a nurse walks into a bar, with a parrot on her shoulder, and the bartender says “hey, where did you get that?” and the parrot says, “in the hospital there is a million of them” a person from Africa walks into a bar with a parrot on their shoulder, and the bartender says “hey where did you get that?”
