It depends and what species they see, what they charge, the number of clients they can see in a day, the hours they keep and the services they provide.
You should call or e-mail local vets to see if they do house calls and of they can provide some of the answers you are looking for. I don’t think there are many vet who only do house calls. Large animal vets are more likely to do more house calls than a dog/cat vet because of the animals they treat and where they work (urban vs rural).
Most vets who do house calls are dealing with large numbers of animals, breeders, or large animals. Some may do house calls for special clients.

You may want to clarify a bit. I’ve never met a veterinarian who does exclusive house calls. A lot of mixed/large animal folk spend much of their day on farm calls, but I don’t think that’s what you’re necessarily after.
I’d suggest starting with the AVMA’s website at http://www.avma.org and seeing what you can come up with. They have a Careers section that might be helpful to you. Good luck.

House call veterinarians are not that common. I doubt that most vets would continue to work for less than $40/hr or at least $70 K yearly.
I generally make $60 for the house call, $48 for the exam (per animal), and then medications are on top of that. I do small animal only and do not do that many house call procedures.
The is a website called vin.com (veterinary information network) that has a board devoted to house call vets, but no one has really talked about yearly income.
